Q: How much notice do you need for placing an order?
A: Minimum 5 days. Especially if that includes specialised Toppers.

Q:How do I transport the Cupcakes to the party?
A: I do sell Re-useable Cardboard Cupcake Boxes:
12 Hole Box for $3.00 each
24 Hole Box for $8.00 each

Q:Do you sell Acrylic Cupcake Stands?
A: Sorry, not as yet… I do however sell the 3 tier Cardboard Stands. Available in Silver or White. They would hold up to 48 Standard Cupcakes.

Q: How do I purchase the Toppers?

Q: Are they edible?
A: Yes, absolutley 100%, with the exception of stamens in the flowers!

Q: What is the minimum time required to place an order?
A: The toppers areall handmade to order. They take 1-2 days to make,  24 hours to dry completely. generally minimum of 4 days before.

Q: Can the toppers be posted?
A: Yes, all Toppers are individually wrapped & packaged in Bubble wrap. I prefer to mail out via Registered or Express Post.

Q: What do you charge for postage?
A: Cost varies on size of the parcel & on your location

Q: Do you post Overseas?
A: Absolutely!! Please email me for a quotation..

Q: How do I store the toppers once they arrive?
A: They can be stored on a flat surface if they are to be used within the next 24 hours, otherwise in an airtight container in a cool place. They do not have to be refrigerated. They will keep for upto 12 months if stored correctly.

Q:What if there are breakages, when I receive them?
A: Breakages can be fixed with either Bakers/Flower Glue or Egg white. A soft cotton stick comes in handy!!
